Recent Port Visit By NDTASF Intern Andrew Kegarice:

On February 29th, 2024, Mr. Andrew Kegarice joined the 834th Transportation Battalion and MOTCO personnel for a staff ride and visit to the Port of San Francisco. During this visit, the Port of San Francisco staff delivered an overview of the port to include current capabilities and operations that take place at the port. The visitors were also given a tour of the different terminals and a discussion of their capabilities.

2024 Crab Feed:

NDTA San Francisco chapter's annual Crab Feed occurred on Friday, January 19th, 2024! Due to our faithful and supportive membership, this year's crab feed was once again a resounding success! There was a record turnout of 114 attendees along with 9 CMA cadets supporting our fundraiser that raised over $4K for our scholarship fund. Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors and board volunteers who have largely contributed to the year after year success of our crab feed which is a major fundraiser for our scholarship fund. For the first time in our chapter's history, we inducted our first intern, Andrew Kagarice, a cadet from California Maritime Academy, to our board. Congratulations Andrew! And thank you to Brigette Shanmugam from Matson for spearheading the internship and coordinating with CMA for not only the new internship but also for gathering the CMA volunteer servers for this event.

Cost: $125.00 per person for Industry or $100.00 per person for active military, government and retirees
Fee: Includes: green fees, cart, Italian Dinner and prizes

OBSERVERS AND SUPPORTERS (NON-PLAYERS) DINNER COST $35.00

Sponsorships are available for: Hole Sponsors: $150 Lunch Sponsor(s): $300 to $500 Dinner Sponsor(s): $500 to $1,000 Golf Cart Sponsor(s): $500. (Sponsors will be listed in event literature. Hole sponsors will receive a sign on their sponsored hole.)

All net proceeds go toward the Scholarship Fund.
